① We will explain the basics of sports pharmacology, including the definition of sports pharmacology and doping, anti-doping organizations, prohibited doping substances, and establishment standards.
② Provides detailed explanations of specific ingredients related to doping, such as substances S1 to S5 prohibited at all times, substances S6 to S9 prohibited during competition, and substances P1 prohibited for use in specific sports.
③ Explains supplements and supplements, evidence-based sports and exercise nutrition, pharmacy consultation and use of supplements, and the risks of non-medicinal supplements.
