Article 1 (Name) This Association shall be called the “Society of Sports Pharmacy” and its English name shall be “Society of Sports Pharmacy.”
Article 2 (Secretariat) The secretariat of this conference shall, in principle, be established at a location designated by the Chairman.
Article 3 (Purpose) The purpose of this association is to promote the development and advancement of sports pharmacy and to strengthen ties and friendship among members.
Chapter 2 Business
Article 4 (Business) This Association carries out the following business to achieve the purpose of Article 3.
1.
Academic research on sports pharmacy and related fields of study
2.
Hosting research presentations, lectures, and workshops to collect and exchange information on related fields.
3.
Strengthening ties with domestic and international organizations and academic exchanges related to sports pharmacy
4.
Sports Pharmacy Education and Guidance
5.
Publication of books, academic journals, and periodicals on related fields
6.
Other matters necessary to achieve the objectives of this association (advertising, booths, other publications, and academic support revenue-generating businesses for business purposes, etc.)
Chapter 3 Members
Article 5 (Types and Qualifications of Members) Members of this Association shall be those who agree with the purpose of the Association and have completed the prescribed membership procedures, and shall be divided into regular members, sports pharmacists, and special members.
1.
For convenience, regular members are divided into pharmacist members and student members.
(1) A person holding a pharmacist license (excluding herbal pharmacists)
(2) Students enrolled in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacy (excluding the Department of Oriental Medicine) and, after obtaining a pharmacist license, become members of the Pharmacist Association.
(3) A regular member is a person who pays annual membership fees to maintain regular membership status for one consecutive year.

A sports pharmacist member (after the establishment of the sports pharmacist certification system) is a person who has received sports pharmacist certification and is qualified as a regular member.
3.
Special Member
(1) A person who agrees with the purpose and intent of this Association and participates in or cooperates with the Association’s business.
(2) Individuals, institutions, or organizations approved by the Board of Directors who are interested in the development of this Association and sports pharmacy, exempt from membership fees and have no voting or election rights (external directors, auditors, instructors, etc.)
Article 6 (Members' Obligations and Rights)
1.
You must comply with the rules and pay the entrance fee, annual fee, and other fees.
2.
Executive contributions are considered annual dues.
3.
There is an obligation to comply with the rules and regulations of the general meeting.
4.
There is an obligation to comply with matters decided at the general meeting.
5.
Regular members have the right to vote and elect officers, and enjoy the benefits of participating in all events of the association.
6.
You must not damage the reputation of the Association by engaging in any conduct that goes against the purpose of the Association.
Article 7 (Withdrawal of Membership) Members of this Association may withdraw at will.
Article 8 (Commendation and Disciplinary Action of Members)
1.
Members, officials, and organizations that have contributed to the development of the Association may be commended by resolution of the Board of Directors.
2.
Any member who commits an act that is contrary to the purpose of this Association or that damages its honor or prestige may be expelled by resolution of the Board of Directors.
3.
If the annual membership fee is not paid for 3 months or more, membership is automatically lost.
Chapter 4 Executives
Article 9 (Composition)
1.
The Association shall have the following officers:
(1) 1 chairman
(2) Up to 4 vice-chairmen (including 1 executive vice-chairman)
(3) Up to 15 standing directors (general affairs, academic affairs, editorial affairs, finance, international affairs, public relations, planning, industry-academia relations, education)
(4) Within 100 people
(5) 2 people thanked

In addition to the officers in paragraph 1, one honorary chairman and a number of advisors and advisory committee members may be appointed.
Article 10 (Duties of Executives)
1.
The Chairman represents the Association, oversees its affairs, convenes meetings, and serves as its chair.
2.
The Vice President assists the President, and in the event of the President's absence, the Executive Vice President acts in his stead.
3.
The standing directors and directors form a board of directors to deliberate and decide on matters related to the execution of company affairs.
4.
The auditors audit the business and accounting of the general meeting.
5.
The standing directors and directors form a board of directors to deliberate and decide on matters related to the execution of company affairs.
6.
The auditors audit the business and accounting of the general meeting.
Article 11 (Term of Office of Executives)
1.
The term of office for executives is two years.
2.
When a vacancy occurs in an executive position, the board of directors shall elect a replacement, and the term of office of the executive officer appointed through the replacement shall be the remaining term of office of the predecessor.
3.
All officers shall perform their duties even after the expiration of their term of office until their successors are appointed.
4.
The Chairman may be reappointed. However, if the executives oppose the reappointment by an equal number of votes, the reappointment is not possible.
Article 12 (Appointment and dismissal of executives)
1.
The chairman and auditors are elected at the general meeting, and the election of the chairman follows the bylaws (Article 23 of the Articles of Incorporation).
2.
The vice-chairman and directors are appointed by the chairman and approved by the general meeting.
3.
The dismissal of an executive before the end of his/her term of office is carried out by the chairman after a resolution of the board of directors.
Article 13 (Secretariat) The Association may establish a secretariat to handle its affairs.
1.
The Secretariat may have a Secretary-General and necessary staff.
2.
The Secretary-General is appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the President and with the approval of the Board of Directors.
